Take 10 Media provides a digital signage and marketing platform that connects advertisers with retail locations ("Services"). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. User Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Content to the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service (including on digital screens in retail locations). You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through the Service and you are responsible for protecting those rights.

You may not use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You agree not to upload or display content that:

• Is illegal, threatening, defamatory, abusive, harassing, degrading, intimidating, fraudulent, deceptive, invasive, racist, or contains any type of suggestive, inappropriate, or explicit language.

• Contains any type of unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, spam, or chain letters.
• Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Take 10 Media and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
